SLIPPERY WHITE GREASE C1 & C00 (100 ml, 500 ml, 2,500 ml)
Description: Multifunction grease with a high concentration of PTFE (Teflón ®). Made in 2 different consistencies: C1 (denser) and C00 (runnier and recommended for micro-mechanisms or less tolerant pieces).
Applications: High level lubrication for mould ejectors, columns, plastic or metallic cog/gear mechanisms, all types of articulated systems, etc...
Other sectors: Bottling plants (cog/gear systems, bearings etc...), food industry, etc.
Advantages:
- Complies with norm H1 (for lubricants that can come into occasional contact with food products) meaning that it can be used in the food sector and with pharmaceutical products, etc.
- Very adherent
- Reduces friction and wear.
- Reduces the working temperature of machinery and thereby extends its working life and reduces its energy consumption.
- Highly water repellent.
- As it is a 100% synthetic grease, it does not give off part of the lubricant and this prevents escapes of grease. Dripping point 300ºC.
- Due to its great adherence, it is possible to considerably extend the lubrication cycle, even when working at a high number of revolutions in mechanised centres.
- It extends the life of injection mould ejectors.
- Non-drip.
- As it is white and very adherent, it does not leave marks on the final piece and thereby prevents future rejects.
