TERMS OF SUPPLY:

Account customers strictly 14 days. Late payments are charged at a daily rate of 2% above Bank of England interest rate.

Limited Company accounts can be opened and require details of bankers, two references and copy Certificate of Incorporation.

Other methods of payment are by credit/debit cards, by proforma invoice, or payment by bank transfer (BACS).

Returns: We will only accept back into stock items that have been damaged in transit and a note of such damage being recorded on the couriers despatch note at time of delivery. Other items that have been delivered and subsequently found to be too large, wrong colour or shape, but that conform to the order placed, can be returned, but at the cost ot the client.

Items that have been undeliverable, because the delivery address was incorrect, or no person was in situ to accept delivery, will be stored for 2 days at the couriers warehouse and customers will be given the choice of arranging a fresh delivery date or collecting goods from the couriers premises, whichever is more convenient for the customer.

If goods are returned to us and subsequently have to be re-delivered, additional charges will be incurred by the customer.

IMPORTANT:

The title in all goods supplied by Euroworld On-line Limited t/a Euroworld International Shop remains with the supplier until full payment has been received.
